Quality merchandise and excellent customer service are the hallmarks of Carlton for Men. The five men on the sales staff provide personalized service. Each salesman maintains a profile book on all regular customers, showing their sizes and preferred styles. Travis Walker and Robert Slankard have each been with the store for over seven years; they and the other salesmen have developed a real rapport with their customers.

These salesmen make "house calls," going to a gentleman's home or office for personalized fittings. They will also analyze his existing wardrobe and offer suggestions for adding to his wardrobe that will help him get the most mileage out of the clothes he already owns.
